To resolve the small font issue (screen scaling issue) on Remote Desktop (RDP), the following works best:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Download the following archive<\/a> and unzip it on the user's computer, not on the remote desktop!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Close all RDP sessions. It's best to use the \"End Session\" button rather than just clicking the \"X\" button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Import the manifest.reg file into the registry. (Run the file and click YES)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Place the mstsc.exe.manifest file in the c:\\Windows\\System32\\ folder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    This manifest teaches the remote desktop client to scale the user's screen correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
